Come Join Jenn for a 6 week weightlifting clinic. Each week we will break down popular movements while learning form, control, and technique. This is a great way to learn and grow your knowledge preparing you for success on your fitness journey.
Week 1 Deadlifts, Kettlebell Swings, Good Mornings.
Week 2. Squats- All varieties, Planks, Crunches.
Week 3. Lunges- All varieties.
Week 4. Shoulders, and Back.
Week 5. Chest, Biceps, Triceps, and Push-ups.
Week 6. Putting it all together.
