Youth Strength Training Program

This two hour program is led by a certified staff member with the knowledge and skill as it pertains to youth and weightlifting. Youth will learn weigh room etiquette, proper form, exercise program development, and safety. All demonstrations and exercises will be performed in a controlled environment.
