Youth Strength Training Program

This two hour program is led by a certified staff member with the knowledge and skill as it pertains to youth and weightlifting. Youth will learn weigh room etiquette, proper form, exercise program development, and safety. All demonstrations and exercises will be performed in a controlled environment.

 

Please note (Youth must be 12-18 years of age)

 

FACILITY UPDATE!

Happy New Year! The Greater Scranton YMCA will close at 2:00pm on December 31st and will be closed all day on January 1st. The facility will re-open on Friday, January 2nd!
